Drive top-of-funnel activity and own the first interaction with future enterprise clients in the US. 📈
Research, prospect, and qualify high-potential accounts across top ICP industries, targeting Talent Acquisition, HRIS, People, Talent, and AI/Innovation teams.
Run smart, multi-channel outbound (email, phone, LinkedIn, events, partners), tailored to senior stakeholders and enterprise buying committees.
Experiment with outbound strategies — messaging, sequences, channels, and vertical plays — and help scale what works. 🧪
Collaborate closely with AEs and Growth team to refine ICP, outbound strategy, and account prioritisation based on real market feedback. 🤝
Build deep product and market knowledge so you can speak confidently about Maki’s value, use cases, and outcomes.
Consistently hit (and raise) meetings booked and pipeline targets, with a focus on quality conversations and qualified opportunities.
Contribute to a repeatable US outbound engine, sharing learnings, best practices, and wins with the wider GTM team. 🚀
You might be a strong fit if you:
Have minimum 6+ months of BDR/SDR experience, ideally in B2B SaaS with enterprise exposure.
Feel confident prospecting into enterprise accounts and engaging Above The Line stakeholders.
Are curious and coachable — you love learning fast (AI, GTM strategy, product, customer pain points).
Are resilient and driven: outbound isn’t easy, and you know how to stay sharp and consistent.
Communicate clearly, think critically, and enjoy building relationships with senior decision-makers.

Bonus points if you:
Have prospected into HR, Talent, People, HRIS, or AI/Innovation personas.

Have sold a product with a clear ROI / transformation narrative to enterprise buyers.
