The position

Job description

You’ll join an ambitious, international luxury fashion-tech company where our clients are leading brands and Maisons. Here interns are trusted with real ownership.

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll work at the crossroads of content, CRM, social media, events, and growth strategy, becoming a fundamental part of the Marketing Team. This is not a “watch and learn” internship, you are expected to initiate, build, test, launch, measure, and improve.

Luxurynsight reaches thousands of fashion and luxury professionals through our platforms, reports, social media, webinars, SEO content, and industry events. Your mission will be to help scale that impact, generate visibility, and bring fresh ideas to everything we do.

We’re a multicultural team (14+ nationalities), English is our working language, and our offices are based in the centre of “Silicon Sentier”, in Paris (2nd arrondissement).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Social media & content creation

  • Contribute to creation and management of social media campaigns and posts (LinkedIn, Instagram)

  • Contribute to content strategy, visuals, and messaging

  • Help planning and following editorial calendars

  • Bring creative ideas and experiment with new formats, learning from what works

Growth marketing & SEO

  • Support SEO initiatives (optimize content, think of new content ideas)

  • Help analyze performance and propose improvements

  • Support email marketing and campaign execution

CRM & data

  • Actively contribute to CRM management (HubSpot)

  • Clean, enrich, segment, and structure databases

  • Support CRM strategies and new workflow implementation tied to marketing initiatives

  • Help align Marketing and Sales through better data and workflows

Webinars & events

  • Help organize, promote, and execute webinars and physical events

  • Coordinate logistics, communication, and follow-ups

  • Support on-site events and industry activations

  • Student or recent graduate with previous relevant experience(s) in related positions (internship, freelance, association, project)

  • Excellent English - written and oral. (French is a plus)

  • Strong writing skills with an editorial mindset

  • Aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail

  • Interest in fashion, luxury, or tech

  • Familiarity with B2B, data, or insights-driven environments

Hard skills

  • Project management (Notion)

  • Social media content creation (Canva)

  • CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus)

  • Analytical skills

  • Event organization & planning


Recruitment process

  1. First phase: Interview (online) with one of the marketing managers

  2. Second phase: Use case, sent by email

  3. Third phase: Case debrief (online)

  4. Final phase: Meeting the CMO (onsite)
