The position

Job description

Your main mission will be to support the Ecosystem Marketing Manager by owning the operational, logistical and production tasks linked to customer advocacy, partnerships, PR and community.

Your work will enable the team to stay focused on high-value strategic initiatives.

🛠 Responsibilities

1. Customer Advocacy Operations

  • Support with Customer events logistics & Emailing (newsletters and other adhoc emails)

  • Manage gifting operations (welcome packs, holiday gifting, stock monitoring, spreadsheets)

  • Support with advocacy assets production: Success Story slides, customer brochures, templates.

  • Advocacy projects : collect materials, coordinate approvals, scheduling, etc..

  • Simple video operations for advocacy clips (cutting, exporting, uploading) and other visual assets.

  • Gather data for reporting (advocacy metrics, gifting budget, customer activity)

2. Partnerships Operations

  • Support partner campaigns: lists preparation, Hubspot imports, sequence setup.

  • Maintain partner databases (US, Benelux, Nordics, France).

  • Update partnership materials (deck formatting, partner journey slides).

3. PR & Communications Support

  • Gather content, statistics and documents for PR agency.

  • Help coordinate spokesperson schedules, bios, and press requests.

🔍 What You Will Learn

  • How to run an advocacy & ecosystem program with B2B customers.

  • How partnerships, PR and marketing interact within a SaaS scale-up.

  • Introduction to Canva, Notion and Hubspot.

  • How to support customer success stories and content creation.

  • Cross-team collaboration with CS, Sales, and other core support functions like Product.


Preferred experience

  • You have already a succesful internship experience,

  • Highly organised and proactive,

  • Attention to detail and strong execution,

  • Eager to learn new tools (Hubspot, Canva, GSheets, Notion),

  • Fluent & strong written communication in English & French,

  • Interest in HR, SaaS, partnerships, or marketing,

  • Autonomous, curious & resourceful.
