Working closely with C-level executives across fashion, beauty, watches, jewelry, and hospitality, we offer a unique mix of expertise and technology designed specifically for the luxury industry.

Your Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your mission will be to tactically generate qualified opportunities with top decision-makers from luxury houses and groups. This is a role for a sharp, curious, and structured individual who understands the nuances of communicating with high-level luxury professionals and can intelligently translate our expertise into value-driven conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Prospecting & Lead Nurturing

  • Build and manage intelligent, highly personalized outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, CRM) aimed at senior luxury decision-makers

  • Conduct research on target accounts to tailor messaging and positioning

  • Monitor, test, and optimize outreach performance (A/B testing, sequence refinement)

  • Re-activate existing leads in CRM with insightful, relevant touchpoints

Sales Operations & CRM Management

  • Qualify and prioritize inbound and outbound leads

  • Maintain and enrich CRM (Hubspot): contact data, lead scoring, segmentation

  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure proper follow-up and reporting

  • Build dashboards and reports to provide full-funnel visibility

Content & Thought Leadership Activation

  • Leverage Luxurynsight’s rich content library (industry reports, insights, benchmarks) in outreach campaigns

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messages and distribute high-value content strategically

  • Identify relevant content for lead nurturing workflows

Event Support & Strategic Offers

  • Help activate leads around key industry moments (e.g. Fashion Week, luxury events)

  • Act as the operational lead for converting interest from event participation into concrete opportunities

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to shape growth strategy within a high-impact role

  • Direct exposure to top clients in the luxury world

  • A dynamic, entrepreneurial, and supportive work environment

  • Access to cutting-edge insights and tools in the luxury data space

  • Office in central Paris

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and French)

  • Strong ability to write concise, tailored outreach emails and LinkedIn messages

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred), sales automation platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Organized, analytical, autonomous, and detail-oriented

  • Curious mindset with an interest in the luxury industry and its key players

  • Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and adapting messaging accordingly

  • 1st interview: to meet each other

  • 2nd interview: to present a case study
