As a Business Development Representative (BDR), your mission will be to tactically generate qualified opportunities with top decision-makers from luxury houses and groups. You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales and Marketing, driving targeted outreach, engagement, and pipeline generation—without resorting to mass campaigns.
This is a role for a sharp, curious, and structured individual who understands the nuances of communicating with high-level luxury professionals and can intelligently translate our expertise into value-driven conversations.
Strategic Prospecting & Lead Nurturing
Build and manage intelligent, highly personalized outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, CRM) aimed at senior luxury decision-makers
Conduct research on target accounts to tailor messaging and positioning
Monitor, test, and optimize outreach performance (A/B testing, sequence refinement)
Re-activate existing leads in CRM with insightful, relevant touchpoints
Sales Operations & CRM Management
Qualify and prioritize inbound and outbound leads
Maintain and enrich CRM (Hubspot): contact data, lead scoring, segmentation
Collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure proper follow-up and reporting
Build dashboards and reports to provide full-funnel visibility
Content & Thought Leadership Activation
Leverage Luxurynsight’s rich content library (industry reports, insights, benchmarks) in outreach campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team to align messages and distribute high-value content strategically
Identify relevant content for lead nurturing workflows
Event Support & Strategic Offers
Help activate leads around key industry moments (e.g. Fashion Week, luxury events)
Act as the operational lead for converting interest from event participation into concrete opportunities

Office in central Paris
1–2 years experience in a sales development, growth (experience with luxury or premium brands is a strong plus)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English and French)
Strong ability to write concise, tailored outreach emails and LinkedIn messages
Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot preferred), sales automation platforms, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Organized, analytical, autonomous, and detail-oriented
Curious mindset with an interest in the luxury industry and its key players
Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and adapting messaging accordingly
