* The team *

The support team is made up of 6 people divided between the main offices of Tassin-la-Demi-Lune (Lyon), Paris, Austin and Tokyo.

* Missions *

  • Organize the work of the support team (priority of tickets, documentation, management of schedules / on call period) in its international dimension
  • Participate in the recruitment of new employees
  • Communicate on a regular basis on the performance of the Support team (KPIs management)
  • Plan and carry out the evaluation interviews of the Support team
  • Respect and supervise the response times and customer satisfaction rate of the support team
  • Provide in-depth technical training to the Support team in order to provide the best support to our customers
  • Collaborate with customers to help them have a good understanding of the technical problems encountered and assist them in resolving them
  • Ensure that knowledge bases are properly fed
  • Make recommendations in terms of product improvement to the Product & Engineering (including bug fixes and new features)
  • Define and optimize procedures with the Product & Engineering teams
  • Develop Support tools to allow the collection of useful information to facilitate the diagnosis and resolution of problems
  • Develop the premium support project for our major customers

The technical environment:

Experience with Zendesk and Jira

Knowledge of Gsuite / O365 solutions.

Fully SAAS product

Backend in Python mainly

Frontend in React / Redux with small legacy in AngularJS

Google App Engine & Azure hosting
