About the role:

LumApps is seeking a Project Design Manager to add to our small, but mighty Design team. This person will report to the Design Director and work closely with the Head of Professional Services and Director of Pre-Sale. The Project Design Manager will lead a team of 2 designers while delivering high quality themes using our product and its advanced customization capabilities.

What you will do:

• Allocate and monitor design activities/projects while maintaining communication with the Head of Professional Services and Director of Pre-Sales.
• Manage, empower and streamline the project design activities and processes in accordance with the product design vision and roadmap: methodology & workshop optimization, wireframes and assets library, best practices and guidelines.
• Contribute to the professional services knowledge by sharing assets and best practices internally and externally. 
• Deliver strategic customer projects in collaboration with the Project Manager and Implementation Consultant
• Manage internal team (2 designers)
• Manage external resources (freelancer network)

What we are looking for:

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Suite
• Strong knowledge of interface design tools (Figma, Adobe XD)
• Advanced CSS skills
• Management experience
• Customer facing consulting experience (UX methodologies)
• 8+ years of experience with a portfolio of recent projects
