Job Description
We're seeking a creative, structured, and driven content marketer to help us grow our presence in Switzerland. As our Swiss Content Marketing Specialist, your role is to produce and manage high-quality content that resonates with HR and business decision-makers — primarily in German-speaking Switzerland.
Reporting to the Swiss Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the Swiss Marketing and Sales team, HQ Content team, DACH PMM, and local freelance partners to create impactful content that educates, converts, and builds brand leadership.
This role requires a blend of excellent editorial skills, content project management capabilities, and a solid understanding of B2B SaaS marketing dynamics. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Geneva, with up to two days remote work per week, and occasional travel within Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
✅Create original content, mainly in German, addressing pain points and themes relevant for HR professionals and Business decision makers in Switzerland.
✅ Create engaging content across the funnel, such as: white papers, customer success stories, infographics, memos, blog posts, web copy, one-pagers, videos scripts.
✅ Coordinate adaptations and distribution in French and English, ensuring consistent messaging and relevance across all regions of Switzerland.
✅ Brief and manage third-party freelancers, and ensure quality in multilingual content delivery.
✅ Monitor media coverage and relevant HR, SaaS, and tech trends in Switzerland (French- and German-speaking regions) to inform content strategy and identify PR or content opportunities.
✅ Work with Swiss Marketing team, PMM and Sales teams to align messaging and content priorities.
✅ Collaborate with HQ for SEO optimisation of the content, semantic clusters, and global messaging.
✅ Own the Swiss editorial calendar with a focus on German-speaking markets, in collaboration with DACH team.
Required Skills & Experience
❏ 2+ years in content marketing, inbound marketing or B2B communications – must.
❏ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Linguistics, or a related field – must.
❏ German (native), French(B2 minimum), English (business proficient) – must.
❏ Strong writing, content planning, and project management skills.
❏ Proven Project management skills (Software i.e. Notion, Trello, Jira, Excel, etc.).
❏ Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Ubersuggest, Google Keyword Planner) – advantage.
❏ Passionate about tone of voice, buyer journey, and marketing impact.
❏ Interest in HR tech, SaaS or B2B industries.
