Your role

After refining its positioning and product to target Enterprise customers, Livestorm is at a key stage where creating relevant content and promoting it effectively is instrumental to its success and future development.

We are looking for a Senior Content Manager who will be able to fully own the content creation and its promotion from start to finish to maximize Livestorm’s reach.

Your missions

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

Content strategy and calendar

  • Work with the VP and Head of Growth to create the yearly content calendar and refine it based on results and learnings
  • Create content and communication that speaks to Livestorm’s core audience (marketers within large European companies)
  • Publish in 2 languages (English and French), with the capacity to add more as needed
  • Analyse performance of your actions, and adapt the plan accordingly


Content creation

  • Produce and release content in various formats (text, ebook, video, audio, …)
  • Use your own skills, tools, and freelancers for content creation and repurposing (slideshows, ebooks, videos, infographics, web pages, etc)
  • Create a healthy mix of content between Demand Generation (thought leadership) and Lead Generation
  • Build an influencer strategy with Stormies who publish high potential content regularly
  • Showcase Livestorm's top customers, by creating impactful testimonials in text, audio, or video format
  • Work with the Sales team to create the content they can use with prospects
  • Create and improve Lead Nurturing sequences for Product and Marketing leads


Content promotion

  • Develop a promotion strategy to maximize the visibility of all your content, but also new feature releases, upcoming events, new partnerships etc
  • Own and publish regularly on Livestorm’s main social media accounts (Linkedin, X, and Youtube)
  • Go beyond social media for promotion to reach our audience (eg: using paid media, PR…)
  • Create and design social media posts, varying the formats to maximize engagements with both existing customers and leads
  • Communicate internally so that the whole company can participate in big campaigns

Requirements:

The successful candidate will be an an active creator with a passion to share compelling stories. A strong autonomy and capacity to adapt is a must.

  • 3+ years of experience in a content management role
  • Experience creating content in many formats
  • Strong project management experience
  • Capacity managing third parties such as freelancers
  • Experience with email campaigns and content (you’ll work on Product and Marketing nurturing flows)
  • Native English level is required, French would be a huge plus. Any additional language is more than welcome, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills, with external partners as well as with other Stormies (your Livestorm teammates). In written and video format.
  • Clear business understanding: you can adapt your work based on the Company objectives and targets. Measuring the impact of your work is second nature to you.
  • Past experience marketing to large companies, or within the Financial or Healthcare industry would be a plus

Moreover, we are looking for someone who can work in the GMT+1 (Paris) timezone (we accept a time difference of 2 hours maximum).
