Responsibilities
Global Support & Helpdesk
Manage the regional helpdesk and IT support team in Ayutthaya, including evaluating teams performance and organizing the work of the team.
Interact with user to analyze specific problems OR specific requests and ensure customer's expectations are met
Support the organization goals in achieving total customer satisfaction
Regional Infrastructure & Incident
Manage IT Budget process (build and follow-up) and track IT assets
Define & maintain the infrastructure accordingly to the business needs, following the strategy set up by the Group IT Director
Define the operating process to keep the infrastructure operational (operating instructions and procedures).
Lead group infrastructure project, as project manager.
Actively participate to IS Operational strategy/framework
Manage IT Incident in the Region
Regional IT Security
Responsible for the IT stream of the Security (re-)certification processes, especially EAL6, in close cooperation with the Group IT Director and the Group Information Security Manager
Responsible for the Asian Operational Security, with indirect report to Group Security & Compliance Officer
Qualification
10 Years of experience as IT Manager / IT Infrastructure Manager ideally in an manufacturing industry
Strong experience in IT Infrastructure, Helpdesk and IT Security along with Network Engineering
ITIL Certification is a plus
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Possess excellent communication skills and able to work in a Matrix organization
Fluent in English and Thai; Fluency in Chinese is a plus
