Here is a description of the role we are opening:
Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies and budgets to ensure successful delivery of the products – withing committed timelines
Collaborate with the R&D Manager, to improve the project process, manage the project portfolio tracking and support team members in strengthening their project management capabilities
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to co-create comphrehensive project plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and accountable throughout the project
Integrate the technical development plan with the larger projects by working very closely with the technical project leaders and sales representatives
Drive the execution of larger projects, working closely with Engineering teams and other productions sites in China and Europe to ensure accountability and on-time delivery
Ensure that all project deliverables are of the highest quality and meet all regulatory requirements.
Proactively identiy, assess and address project risks and ensure they are mitigated and resolved in a timely manner
Qualification
Atleast 5 years’ of experience in technical project management, preferably in the medical device development or regulated industry
Masters / Bachelors in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent)
Experience in product development background having led the development or contributed in end - to end product & process development projects - from concept to production launch
Knowledge of the medical device industry and relevant standards (e.g. ISO 13485, CFR 21) is preferred
Project Management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or equivalent (traditional and/or Agile methodologies) is desirable
Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Teams, Planner, Jira or other similar platforms
Fluent in Swedish and English
