Here is a description of the role we are opening:
Responsibilities
Maintain IT Infrastructure system included server, network, on-premises services, cloud services to meet department KPIs
Responsible for project planning, testing, and deployment of IS Infrastructure including data center, server, network and cloud services.
Manage and maintain security patches update for server, network equipment, client computer
Generate report for monitoring IS Infrastructure system such as server and network availability, server backup, anti-virus updates, security patches update report.
Maintain IS security for all IT infrastructure equipment and services to compiles with IS policies, procedures and CC EAL6 requirement
Analyze and troubleshoot IS infrastructure & security incident and identity potential improvement
Monitor system performance and network connectivity; ensure system availability and reliability.
Handle IS Infrastructure incident and provide corrective and preventive action to improve level of the Infrastructure services
Qualification
5 years of experience as IT Engineer / Windows System Engineer in an international environment
Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, IT OR related filed
Strong experience in Windows Servers, O365, Active Directory
Good knowledge in IT Security, especially security incident
Knowledge in IT policies / IT procedures / IT Workflows
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Thai and English
