Job Overview:

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the development, enhancement, and successful delivery of our company’s products. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization by collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring the alignment of product strategies with business goals.

Responsibilities

Product Portfolio Vision And Strategy

•  Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer surveys to identify market opportunities and product requirements

•  Develop product strategies aligned with the organization’s goals, market trends, and customer needs

•  Define product roadmaps, feature sets, and prioritization based on market demand and business objectives

New Product Development

•  Collaborating with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to define product specifications, features, and design requirements

•  Managing the product development process, including project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Product Launch And Go-to-market Strategy

•  Define pricing, positioning, messaging, and promotional activities

•  Coordinate with sales, marketing, and distribution teams to ensure successful product launches and market penetration

•  Create and maintain the tool kit to explain the product characteristics and positioning

Product Life Cycle Management

•  Ensure alignment and coordination between various departments throughout the product lifecycle

•  Monitoring product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback

Market & Customer Engagement

•  Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedbacks, address concerns, and identify opportunities for product improvement.

•  Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners


Preferred experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as Product Manager in Chip manufacturing or in an semi-conductor industry

• Masters / Bachelor’s in business, marketing or related field

• Strong experience in product positioning, pricing, and marketing

• Business savyy and expertise in requirements engineering and industrial engineering

• Experience in working in an international environment

• Familiarity with project management methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Very good communication skills

• Fluent in English; Fluency in French / German is a plus
