Here is a description of the role we are opening:

En tant qu’alternant(e) en Lean Management, vous serez au cœur des actions d'amélioration continue et participerez activement à l'optimisation de nos performances industrielles.

Rattaché(e) au responsable lean & performance du site, vos missions incluront :

• Analyser et améliorer les processus de production pour accroître leur efficacité.
• Identifier et éliminer les gaspillages en appliquant les principes du Lean.
• Participer à la mise en place de projets d’optimisation des flux de travail et des ressources.
• Collaborer avec les équipes terrain pour déployer des outils Lean (5S, Kaizen, VSM, etc.).
• Sensibiliser et former les employés aux bonnes pratiques du Lean Management.

Profil recherché :

• Alternant(e) en étude supérieur, pour une durée de un à deux ans, vous suivez une spécialisation en Lean Management, Amélioration Continue, Génie Industriel ou Supply Chain.
• Intérêt marqué pour l’optimisation des processus et la gestion des performances industrielles.
• Capacité d’analyse, esprit d’équipe et bon relationnel pour accompagner le changement.
• Connaissances de base des outils Lean (5S, SMED, VSM, Kaizen, etc.) appréciées.
