After his professional career at M6, LeGuide, and 2xMoinsCher, Mickael Froger, a sports fan, embarks on an entrepreneurial adventure with the vision to lead projects and develop them as much as possible. This desire led him to co-found Lengow in 2009 in Nantes to benefit from a better living environment: an e-commerce platform that, today, is accessible in France and the world at large. His vision of the company doesn’t stop with Lengow. Beyond the activity of his company, Mickael wants Lengow to be an added value in a local and national ecosystem, and beyond. Mickael is committed to promoting and unlocking the potential of tomorrow’s leaders, supporting various initiatives, helping projects grow and thrive by supporting new start-ups and mentoring their CEOs.

Gautier has been supporting Lengow employees for 7 years. His role has evolved as the company grows, and today he is in charge of Human Resources, Office Management and Internal Communication teams. His goal is to provide the best possible experience to each Lengow employee.
