After his professional career at M6, LeGuide, and 2xMoinsCher, Mickael Froger, a sports fan, embarks on an entrepreneurial adventure with the vision to lead projects and develop them as much as possible. This desire led him to co-found Lengow in 2009 in Nantes to benefit from a better living environment: an e-commerce platform that, today, is accessible in France and the world at large. His vision of the company doesn’t stop with Lengow. Beyond the activity of his company, Mickael wants Lengow to be an added value in a local and national ecosystem, and beyond. Mickael is committed to promoting and unlocking the potential of tomorrow’s leaders, supporting various initiatives, helping projects grow and thrive by supporting new start-ups and mentoring their CEOs.

Gautier has been supporting Lengow employees for 7 years. His role has evolved as the company grows, and today he is in charge of Human Resources, Office Management and Internal Communication teams. His goal is to provide the best possible experience to each Lengow employee.

Equipped with a commercial background, a degree from IESEG, and infinite curiosity, Marie spent her first 6 professional years in Asia. After an internship in Shanghai, she joined the world of SaS startups in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan before moving to the US. Enthusiastic about smart products that make life easier for businesses, and solid knowledge of the e-commerce ecosystem, joining Lengow as Business Partner Manager was a clear path for Marie, thriving in collaborative environments.

A Parisian by birth and Beliner by heart, Marlène joined Lengow 4 years ago as the Head of Customer Success, attracted by the team’s and customers’ multicultural environment. Passionate about e-commerce and with 10+ years of experience, she supports brands and retailers in their digital projects, often at the international level.

Thomas joined Lengow at the end of 2015 after working for a few years as a researcher in various universities. He joined the Technical Research & Development team, where he focuses on innovation. Today, he is transitioning to the CTO position. His role is to ensure the smooth running of the Technical team and to keep Lengow innovative and competitive on the market.

In 2009, they set out on an adventure with a clear vision to help brands and retailers succeed in the new e-commerce era.

E-commerce & marketing teams, brands, agencies: they work together to manage product data, automate activity on marketplaces, and optimize performance on marketing channels. With their platform, 4,600 merchants sell their products on 1,600 partner networks in more than 42 countries.Their support aims to take merchants’ business to the next level.

The more they improve their platform, the more they expand into international markets, the more they grow, the more ambition there is for Lengow to become the central platform helping every seller automate their e-commerce business and grow. Today, they are already focusing on the next 10 years and what they can bring to this ever-changing industry.
