Since 2009, Lengow has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.

At Lengow, the Onboarding Team was created to follow the new merchants in the use of our solution.

Purpose of the internship:

The Onboarding Specialist masters the Lengow solution and takes responsibility for onboarding merchants daily, from catalog retrieval to go-live.

⌨️ Your main tasks would be as follows :

  • You supports plugging the catalog and elaborates, validates and executes settings and optimisations for catalogs.
  • You manage categories and attributes matching ensuring compliance with the prerequisites for the desired channel.
  • You analyze error reports and implements corrective actions using internal technical tools.
  • Support the customer in getting to know the plateform and became an expert

🏹 We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s education in business, marketing, technology or related fields
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English required, proofreading and editing skills in French is also necessary
