Mission

As our Senior Product Manager, your mission will be to drive our product strategy, crafting innovative solutions that further enhance the success of entrepreneurs & businesses worldwide. You will leverage your skills and experience to contribute to our vision, making an immediate impact on the revenue and direction of the company.

Key Results

Within the first 3 months, you will:

• Master and apply our methodologies while working independently with multiple stakeholders.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product suite, our industry, and our product vision.

• Engage with 10+ customers to get insight into product improvement.

• Craft high-quality User Stories and present an astonishing report with recommendations for product and organization enhancement.

Within the first year, you will:

• Positively impact the company’s revenue through features or products you’ve helped launch.

• Collaborate effectively with all members of the Tech, Design, and Product teams.

• Establish yourself as an industry expert, with a deep understanding of our business and customer product usage.

• Influence the product vision by suggesting transformative developments for the company.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager. Founder experience or early-stage startup experience is highly preferred.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Solid understanding of Web Development & Databases. A coding experience is a plus.

• Solid knowledge of SaaS markets & mechanisms.

• Demonstrable problem-solving skills with a creative approach to complex challenges.

• An empathetic mindset with genuine curiosity and a no-status-quo attitude.

• You’re a great communicator, and you’re completely bilingual. You’ll communicate with French people (mostly from the dev team) and international people (from marketing, sales, and support)

• You love asking questions (and not having a definitive answer)

• You enjoy the secret power of being wrong (aka: learning)

• You are not too quick to criticize (ideas are weak in the beginning) & always constructive

• You are humble (and look for clues that you are wrong)

• You listen “like an idiot” (and can ask silly questions, drawing unusual connections)

• You’re a doer - and you love having an impact
