We are looking for a talented Growth Lead for our Personal Branding entity.

Your mission: drive Taplio and Tweet Hunter acquisitions

You will impact metrics across the AARRR funnel - from awareness to retention, with a strong focus on scalable, high ROI channels.

You'll be reporting to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

You own performance tracking and attribution across all channels, making decisions based on clear data signals and fast feedback loops.

You systematically prioritize experiments by expected impact, effort and cost.

Acquisition Channels

  • Paid Campaigns: lead the strategy, launch, monitor, and optimise the performance across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media ads.

  • Affiliation & Partnerships: Scale affiliate marketing programs and develop strategic partnerships that drive recurring and scalable revenue.

  • Outbound: Launch innovative, intent-driven outbound campaigns, leveraging personalized outreach and automation to engage leads effectively.

  • Influence Marketing (in collaboration with Content team): ****test & validate if Influence Marketing in the sales tech space is a scalable growth channel for lemlist

  • Mini-tools: ideate and build engaging tools or widgets (like calculators or templates) that attract our core ICPs and provide immediate value.

Requirements:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in Growth/ Performance Marketing within B2B SaaS in a start-up or scale-up environment (ideally targeting individual personas inside companies)

  • You have an entrepreneur mindset. You love understanding numbers, you need to stay close to our users, you are not afraid to talk with them, and you know our product well

  • You master classic B2B acquisition channels, with solid experience in Paid Ads and Affiliation.

  • You love challenges and building an acquisition strategy from scratch

  • You have strong project management skills to manage timelines, coordinate freelancers/ agencies and ensure smooth project delivery

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly to adapt to market shifts, demonstrating resilience and proactive problem-solving

  • You have a do-er mentality and a strong bias for action - you lead by example and you are able to do whatever you ask your team

  • You’re fluent in English.

What you should have achieved

Within 3 months:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the industry, competitive landscape, and Taplio and Tweet Hunter ICPs

  • Deliver impactful quick wins (e.g., optimizing ad campaigns, creating high-converting landing pages, or boosting affiliate partnerships)

  • Build a prioritized growth roadmap for our core ICP based on data or just audience & business acumen

Within 12 months:

  • Establish scalable and predictable growth channels that align with company goals

  • Drive significant impact on website visits, sign-ups, and new customers.

  • Develop bold, non-traditional campaigns that set Taplio and Tweet Hunter apart in the competitive B2B SaaS space.
