The position

Job description

Today, we are a team of more than 40 engineers divided into 4 product squads: Payment, Cash Management, Compliance and Dashboard.

Each squad includes Developers, QA, Product Managers, Analysts and Designers. Our technical teams are strategic players for the growth of the company.


We have the opportunity to:

  • Lead complex & technical challenges: migration from monolith to microservices architecture

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (or Front-End) to take part in large R&D projects !


In this role, you will have to:

  • Deliver new features / expand and maintain the existing ones

  • Propose and implement technical improvements

  • Share your feedbacks during code reviews

  • Ensure the development of our payment platform and associated tools

  • Integrate new payment solutions into our API

  • Improve and design new features for our API

  • Develop new modules


Preferred experience

Technical skills:

  • You have a strong experience with JavaScript, Vue.js or React.js

  • You also have an experience with another development language such as Go or C# 

  • TDD, pair programming, software craftsmanship are not only buzzwords to you

  • You have already worked on microservice architectures

  • You have knowledge regarding RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch, Sql Server and MongoDB

Soft skills

  • You like to work in an agile team, to share your experience and learn from others

  • You love to solve complex and challenging problems, to learn and experiment new things

Experience

  • At least 4/5 years of experience with similar technologies

  • Experience within a growing startup environment preferred


HIRING PROCESS

1️⃣ HR Interview

During the first round, you will first have a 45 minutes visio interview with Jean-Baptiste, Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, to better understand your motivations about the role and company.

2️⃣ Manager Interview

If you successfully pass the technical test, you will have a 1 hour interview with Mohamed, VP Engineering. During this interview, you will have an opportunity to discuss the missions and expectations regarding the role within the company. Also, the hiring manager will ask you to highlight one or two of your past experiences to showcase your skills for success in the role.


3️⃣ Teams Interviews

During this last round of interviews, you will have the opportunity to meet your future colleagues or internal clients to get the final picture of the job and a sneak peak of the Lemonway culture.


4️⃣Reference and Offer

You have finally reached the last stage !

You will be asked for a reference before we make an offer.
