As a Workplace and Event Manager, you will be the backbone of our office, providing essential support to our team and contributing to a positive and productive work environment! 🚀✨
Your main missions will be:
Office - Manage our lemlist HQ in Paris (75002)
Be the main point of contact at the office & manage any office issues with our space managers (cleaning teams, wifi etc.)
Manage badge registration & worldwide access to coworking spaces for our remote workers
Handle snacks, beverages & office supplies, always making sure were never missing anything
Work hand-in-hand with our design team to create lemlist’ goodies for employees and events
Keep a clean inventory of all supplies & goodies
Oversee contracts in link with office management
Continuously improve our office space to provide the best experience for our team members
lemflat & lemhouse - Manage our two unique places
lemflat (4 bedroom apartment in Paris)
Manage bookings & transportation for team members
Oversee the cleaning team & manage any issue with the lemflat
Provide basic supplies & equipments
lemhouse (800m2 house near Avignon)
Manage the lemhouse from a distance with our house manager
Organise remote weeks & team retreats for our team members
Make sure the house is functional and well-equipped
Events - Organize "wow" events that amaze our employees, customers & partners
Manage a budget of 500k€ per year
Plan and coordinate our annual Team Building & Tech retreat
Plan and coordinate Team retreats at the lemhouse
Organise internal afterworks & team lunches at lemlist HQ in Paris
Coordinate external events with clients and partners
Create memorable experiences that reflect lemlist's culture and values
HR & Admin support:
Handle the logistics of onboarding (Welcoming new joiners, preparing their welcome pack & general access) & offboarding
Handle remote office budgets (500€ per person to set an at-home office)
Handle all office mail (check the mailbox regularly and organize letters)
Provide admin support for the founder & CEO
Improve processes: find ways to make general admin more efficient, clear, and easy to follow

You have experience in office management/administration
You're a superhero in structure, organization and time management
You have experience in fast-paced environments (start-ups/ scale-ups)
You can execute fast → you truly get shit done and find solutions to challenging situations

You are adaptable, flexible and receptive to feedback
You bring attention to details → you are passionate about delivering "wow" experiences
You're fluent in French and in English (written & spoken)
You're based in Paris (this is not a remote job)
