We’re looking for an Affiliates & Influence Manager to take full ownership of our Influencer and Affiliate acquisition channels—helping us expand our reach, strengthen our brand, and generate scalable revenue.
Both channels are already proven revenue drivers for lemlist:
Our affiliate community counts 1,400+ active members, already generating 10% of new revenue.
Our influence marketing efforts (mainly on LinkedIn) are driving strong traction and results. We’re already working with Sales Influencers like Noam and Haris?
Now, we’re ready to double down and scale these channels to the next level. This is a high-impact role inside our Growth team, working directly with the Head of Growth. You’ll be in the driver’s seat to grow, structure, and scale both programs into major acquisition levers for lemlist.
Influence → Source and manage influencers (LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond), launch collabs, and scale the channel to 4x revenue in the next 12 months.
Affiliates → Animate, engage, and grow our affiliate community (1,400+ members), build toolkits and campaigns that drive measurable results, and scale revenue contribution.
Be the go-to partner for influencers and affiliates: provide the right assets, support, and strategy to help them—and lemlist—win.
Work closely with the Growth team to ensure affiliates and influencers become a repeatable and scalable acquisition machine.
Months 1–3: Learn and ramp-up
Take full ownership of influence marketing operations and double activations on LinkedIn.
Build a process to manage affiliates more efficiently and provide them with content kits and support.
Main objective: Deliver early revenue impact (+10% from affiliates) and set strong foundations.
Months 3–6: Grow and take ownership
Expand influencer collaborations and start testing on new platforms (YouTube, Instagram).
Strengthen affiliate community engagement with regular campaigns and activation challenges.
Main objective: Drive consistency, increase performance, and prepare for scale.
Months 6–12: Contribute and have impact
Scale the influence channel across new platforms to deliver 4x revenue vs. today.
Build a thriving, self-sufficient affiliate community that consistently drives 2x revenue.
Main objective: Make Affiliates & Influence one of lemlist’s top-performing growth channels.
Growth-minded → You’ve already done it: managed influencers, affiliates, or both, ideally at scale.
Content-aware → You know the codes of LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and how to turn influence into an acquisition channel.
Sales Knowledge → You have knowledge of (or at least a strong interest in) the sales profession, especially when it comes to creating content that resonates with salespeople.
Community-driven → You thrive at engaging networks, building relationships, and creating momentum in partner communities.
Hands-on & organized → You can both design strategy and execute campaigns while keeping operations clean.
International → You speak excellent English and have strong international culture.
Experienced → You bring 3+ years in affiliate, partnerships, or influence management, ideally with a proven track record of scaling these channels.
