The position

Job description

As Head of Community, you will define and lead our community strategy as a core pillar of our go-to-market. You’ll build and scale a world-class community of founders, finance leaders, and operators across Europe and the US, turning relationships into a true growth engine for Hyperline.

  • Own the community strategy end-to-end — from vision to execution — making community a competitive advantage in how we build brand, drive adoption, and create loyalty

  • Design and scale high-impact programs (in-person gatherings, digital experiences, peer groups, advisory councils) that connect our ecosystem and reinforce Hyperline’s leadership in the market

  • Grow and activate our partner and customer network by fostering meaningful connections between CFOs, finance leaders, and operators — ensuring they see Hyperline as the center of their professional ecosystem

  • Work closely with leadership (CEO, GTM, Product) to turn community insights into product feedback, thought leadership, and GTM acceleration

  • Position Hyperline as the go-to brand in revenue infrastructure by building relationships with the most influential voices in SaaS, finance, and the startup ecosystem


Preferred experience

We’re looking for someone who sees community as a strategic growth lever, not just a set of events. You should be excited to own and scale a function that sits at the intersection of brand, product, and go-to-market.

You are the ideal candidate if…

  • You have 2+ years of experience in community, ecosystem, or GTM roles within a startup, scaleup, or VC/accelerator environment

  • You understand the SaaS / tech ecosystem and are comfortable engaging with founders, finance leaders, and operators at eye level

  • You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution — you can design a long-term playbook but also roll up your sleeves to make things happen

  • You excel at storytelling and influence, making people want to be part of what you’re building

  • You are comfortable navigating cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams

  • You’re fluent in English and French

  • You’re based in Paris (with flexibility to travel across Europe and the US for key events)

  • Bonus: you’ve successfully built or scaled a community function (either at a company or through an ecosystem initiative) that drove measurable impact

This role is for someone who wants to build the leading finance and SaaS community in Europe and beyond — with full ownership and direct impact on Hyperline’s brand and growth.
