In full growth, we have an ambitious recruitment plan, meaning a real challenge in terms of talent acquisition and onboarding.

Reporting to the Head of Recruitment,  you will work on talent development strategies and KPI’s.

Missions

  • Learn and train recruiting Manager our ATS (Lever) in order to get qualitative data 
  • Monitor the Recruitment Roadmap plan on our tools.
  • Help to follow and analyse the global KPI’s and HR data
  • Update the weekly and monthly reports and others ad hoc reporting requested by the Board
  • Take charge of some recruitments (sourcing, direct approach, management of applications via ATS, interviews from A to Z)
  • Implementing an Employer Brand strategy to develop the visibility and attractiveness of Ledger
  • Profile

  • First experience in operational recruitment, ideally in a context of strong growth or on penuric profiles
  • You master the recruitment process via direct approach
  • You know how to work with social networks and you are comfortable with the development and monitoring of your KPIs
  • You are able to take a step back from the recruitment activity in order to carry out structuring projects for the talent acquisition activity
  • You're comfortable in English
  • Understanding the Tech ecosystem is a plus
