Job description
Le Wagon for Business is now looking for an outstanding professional with a proven experience in corporate sales in the Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment industries, to join as KeyAccount Executive, Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment. This job is a unique opportunity to accelerate a business and lead a business line, in an exciting and fast growing environment!
You will develop Le Wagon for Business’s sales with the largest players and scale-ups of this space, targeting C-suite leaders as your main stakeholders (Chief Digital / Data Officers, CTOs, CIOs, but also business leaders such as CEOs, CMOs, CFOs…).
As the Expert in your area, you will develop your Business Line along the following key missions:
Sales / Customer Management activity:
Shape our sales strategy for Telecommunication, Media & Entertainment industries, capitalizing on Le Wagon’s successes in other industries: prioritize business segments, leverage Le Wagon’s unique selling points, and adapt the sales pitch
Develop new business and grow our existing clients, through negotiating and managing entire complex sales cycles (critical tender offers or business partnerships), and articulating well the strategy with the other business developers in the team
Lead contractual discussions until deal closure, in coordination with Le Wagon’s legal and financial team
Ensure long-term customer satisfaction, by building deep relationships at all levels of the Telcommunications, Media & Entertainment organizations, and position yourself and Le Wagon as a partner of their digital transformation.
Work hand-in-hand with our Operations and Customer Success team to ensure smooth transition into training delivery, and follow up customer satisfaction.
Grow the pipeline of opportunities and provide an accurate reporting of sales outcomes and activities
Pre-sales:
Support the solutions engineering team in designing the new Le Wagon for Business’ relevant offerings dedicated to the Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment sectors, by working with them and sharing with them relevant customer feedback. Ensure new features or curriculum launches are successfully communicated
Develop case studies of successful programs in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an advocate at events and conferences
Team building:
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of Le Wagon’s product, services, pricing and processes, while providing insights into your area of expertise to your colleagues
Preferred experience
About you💪
You have at least 5 years of prior work experience in enterprise sales, in the Telecommunications and/or Media and/or Entertainment industries
You have demonstrated success in leading large complex commercial negotiations
Your main stakeholders are in C-level, executive positions
You show a strong ability to understand customers’ needs, and participate in defining the offering to be developed
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other language: a plus). You can quickly understand and articulate customer value propositions across the B2B landscape
You are first and foremost a team player, energized by working with various stakeholders from different backgrounds
