As a Supply & Stay Manager Assistant, you will accompany your manager and the department in the development of the portfolio. Scouting new properties and learning from expert negotiators to convince new owners of our ways of working. In the Stay part, you will be handling clients from check-in to check-out and take ownership of their satisfaction.
You will from part of a team that acts as the eyes of the company. You will get to know and see the processes of a luxury company from a practical and operational perspective, actively contributing to the success of Le Collectionist. Very quickly, you will be expected to become an essential team member, in a “family” atmosphere, in one of the worlds’ most attractive destinations.
**Your tasks and responsibilities: **
🏡 Collection management and sourcing (Supply)
You will manage a portfolio of villas in your destination(s)
Source new villas in your destination (Scouting)
Upload a detailed description alongside accurate details on our platforms (CRMs)
Create Villa Books and verify their accuracy
Coordinate and follow photoshoots for new and existing villas
Create explanatory videos of the villas
Create floor plans for villas
Revise the portfolio to verify the standards are still met (Review)
Update properties’ profiles if modifications have been made (or under request)
🤝 Operations management (Stay)
Prepare the villas prior check-in of our clients
Deal with our clients and arrange all the necessary for them for their holidays
Site inspections of the property before the clients arrival
Troubleshoot issues you encounter in the property
Troubleshoot issues encountered by clients during their stay
Meet & Greet VIP clients at the airport and guide them to the villa
Check clients in: know the villa inside out and guide them through a top-notch presentation of the property
During their stay: proactively make sure that all expectations of the clients are met and report to your manager of any feedback (negative or positive)
Check clients out: make sure the clients are leaving with the best memories, and have them fill the survey (NPS)
