Reporting to the Head of Business Development the Senior Business Developer Switzerland is responsible for developing and growing the portfolio of luxury chalets, apartments and residences across the Swiss Alps.
Working with the Leadership team you will take responsibility for the strategy and roadmap for the exclusive portfolio expansion.
You will be an ambassador for Le Collectionist creating strong relationships with local chalet owners and negotiating with key stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop our portfolio of properties for both Le Collectionist and Bramble Ski whilst paying particular attention to target price and winter alps market
Alongside the Head of Business Development and the CEO for the group and Commercial to determine the growth strategy in Switzerland
Identify opportunities for business growth and optimizing sourcing strategies
Have a role as a Senior facilitator / negotiator on deals between all parties involved (owners, partners and our offices)
Working with the in-house legal team, oversee the legal and regulatory requirements of the Rental Contracts
Become fully knowledgeable of local regulations regarding weekly touristic rentals Undertake oversee property viewings and owner meetings
Write and present contract proposals to new owners
Manage the upkeep and updating of all Bramble and Le Collectionist contracts
Prepare renewal contracts on an annual basis and manage seasonal pricing updates
Work with the Commercial team to ensure enough supply to convert sales leads
Oversee the presentation of the new properties to the Commercial and Operational team to ensure the owners expectations are met and exceeded
Work with your colleagues and partners to ensure the collection of data and organize efficient contract to market timelines for the on-boarding of the properties (availability of photographers + local inspectors / property managers)
Assist the sales team with matters pertaining to owners
Group monthly financial reporting
Manage all aspects of the Business Development in Switzerland alongside the Head of Business Development
3+ years in leadership role in Market Expansion, Business Development, or Operations functions at a fast-growing tech startup, ideally launching new products or services in a different city, territory, or country
You are hard worker, enthusiastic, and you are the best ambassador of our values
You are fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
You have a driving licence, enjoy driving in the Alpes and are happy to travel regular for work
You have a strong analytical capacity and a strategic mind
Experience in Excel and Power Point
You strongly enjoy sales development and convincing people
You are a “doer” and a problem solver.
