The Operations Business Analyst plays a pivotal role within Le Collectionist, focusing on leveraging data to enhance decision-making processes and operational efficiency. Reporting to the VP Transformation, the responsibility involves supporting the Executive Committee (CODIR) and operational teams in gaining a deeper understanding of the company’s overall performance through strategic and operational data analysis.
The goal of this position is to act as a link between the Data, Ops and Finance teams. The Operations Business Analyst will not be attached to the Data team, but will have the opportunity to work together on several projects and develop his skills through technical and best practices trainings.
Objectives
Data Governance and Collection:
Support Data team establishing and maintaining a robust data governance framework tailored to operational metrics
Collaborate with the CRM Manager to integrate CRM data into dashboards for a 360-degree view of sales performance
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPI) in collaboration with the Executive Committee
Collaborate with the VP Sales, Chief Supply Officer to identify and establish key operational and sales-related KPIs
Regularly update comprehensive dashboards for different stakeholders (CODIR, Investors Board, etc.) to facilitate monitoring and decision-making
Collaborate with data team to design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for strategic meetings and deadlines
Ensure that reporting materials are clear, insightful, and tailored to the needs of different stakeholders
Strategic Analysis and Support:
Utilize data to identify opportunities for enhancing commercial efforts and operational efficiency
Conduct ad-hoc analysis for Business Operations and Transformation teams
Provide long and short term actionable operational initiatives based on your analysis
Collaborate with operational teams to provide insights for strategic decision-making
Act as a key support function for the VP Sales and managers, providing actionable insights from the analysis of performance data
Assist in identifying areas for improvement and optimization within the sales operations

Graduated from a Top-Tier Business or Engineering school
A previous experience in an Operations roles (e.g Sales Ops) is required
Interest for the hospitality industry is appreciated
Excel proficiency is essential
Basic knowledge of SQL is required
Basic knowledge of statistics
Familiarity with HubSpot and Data Studio is a plus
Fluent in French and English
