Job description

Role Overview:

The HR Coordinator at Le Collectionist is reporting directly to the Financial Director Spain. The HR Coordinator acts as a trusted consultant and advisor, offering expert guidance on a wide spectrum of HR areas, including recruitment (permanent, fixed-term and interns contracts), preparation of contracts, onboarding, and employee follow-up.

The HR Coordinator acts as an effective interface with the Collectionist’s other teams. He/she embodies the Collectionist’s values on a daily basis through his/her exemplary behavior.

Job Highlights:

  • Responsible for managing and coordinating all HR activities in Spain,

  • Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees,

  • Lead the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees,

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems with relevant information,

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution,

  • Be knowledgeable about performance management processes and capable of assisting in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees,

  • Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives, in liaison with HR Paris team,

  • Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and industry best practices to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.

Preferred experience

  • A degree in Human Resources Management is preferred,

  • You have excellent organizational skills, and are recognized for your sense of service, responsiveness and proactivity, rigor and discretion,

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address employee-related issues effectively,

  • Be trilingual in Spanish, French and English,

  • Capacity to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism when handling sensitive employee information or resolving employee grievances,

  • You demonstrate strong organizational skills and adaptability,

  • An interest in, or sensitivity to, the luxury and hospitality sector.
