We are offering you the opportunity to be the first experienced Data Analyst of our young and fast-growing Tech & Product team. The challenge: in duo with Alexandre, our experienced Data Engineer, help us reach new levels by building the Data team and platform we need to bring more data at the center of our initiatives.
Reporting to Guillaume, our Head of Product, you will have a 360 view on all the aspects of the company: Product, Marketing, Ops, Sales and Finance. Interacting closely with the Leadership and the Business teams, you will play an instrumental role in infusing a data-informed mindset in strategic and operational decisions. You will also work closely with Alexandre on global data processes and future organization.
Your key missions
Understand the needs of various Business teams on diverse topics - e.g. supply analysis, marketing performance, user experience and product performance
Support business teams (Sales, Ops, Marketing) with ad-hoc analysis and reports
Co-build and leverage a Business Intelligence platform to empower all teams with clean and actionable insights
Manage and mentor Benjamin, our junior Data Analyst (and build a Data Analysts team in the future)
Co-define the Business Intelligence roadmap with the Leadership team, the Lead Data Engineer and the Head of Product
Contribute to the definition of the Product strategy by defining, analyzing and reporting on Product KPIs
Contribute to Product discovery by uncovering users’ needs and patterns through data
Contribute to Product analytics by implementing a product analytics platform (eg: Amplitude, etc)
Contribute to Product experimentation through the setup and use of A/B testing tools

At least 4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst
Knowledge in SQL and applied statistics
Proficiency in data visualization tools
Experience in synthesizing and communicating data clearly
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically
Results-driven and impact-oriented mindset
Fluency in English and French
A background in Product Analytics is a plus
Previous experience working with a Data Engineer is a plus
