🎯 Your role :
As part of the Brand & Communications team, you will support the Communications Manager in the daily execution of our visibility strategy from community engagement to press relations and event coordination. You’ll contribute to the creation of engaging content, the organisation of inspiring press and influencer activations, and the development of tools and reports to amplify our brand image internationally.
✨ Key responsibilities :
Socials
Plan, create and schedule daily content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn)
Write captions, select visuals, and publish stories and posts in line with our Social strategy and brand guidelines
Engage and interact with our community (DMs, comments, reposts)
Track performance and assist in monthly reporting (top content, KPIs, insights)
Support the creative production process with the brand content team when needed
PR & Talent partnerships
Handle incoming press and influencer requests and coordinate internal follow-up
Support the organization of press and influencer trips (logistics, planning, post-stay follow-up)
Help draft and edit press releases, media alerts, and brand toolkits
Update press/influencer coverage reports
Provide general support to the Communication Manager across day-to-day tasks

1–2 years of experience in communications, PR, or social media (internships accepted)
Strong writing skills in both French and English
An understanding of the luxury and/or travel media landscape
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Organizational skills, rigor and reliability
Creative thinker with a natural sense for storytelling and brand voice
Autonomous and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills
