Ventures Analyst Internship

We’re a diverse team with backgrounds in technology and entrepreneurship and we’re growing rapidly to deliver on our mission. We’re actively seeking a Ventures Intern for our retail program in Paris who is motivated, passionate, pro-active student with an entrepreneurial spirit. This person is interested in startups and new technology ecosystems and wants to develop business analysis skills.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

As an intern, you will be able to learn and collaborate with different teams and technologies. This role will require you to work closely with your ventures team and assist with:

• Startup sourcing and evaluation for our bi-annual Retail acceleration programs based on the requirements of our network of corporate partners (i.e. Carrefour, Lacoste, L’Oreal)
• Evangelise Plug and Play Retail to all potential network partners including startups, investors and corporate members
• Participate and support our ecosystem’s events (internally and externally i.e. pitch events, mentoring sessions, Expo Days etc.)
• Perform industry-specific research on market and technological trends
• Assist in the organisation of one on one business meetings between our corporate partners and startups from around the world, including the collection / definition of corporate focus areas, identifying fitting startups and solutions, contacting the startups and organising the meetings and collecting the feedback following each meeting

-Graduate student enrolled in French education institution
-Proficient in the French and English language
