YOUR MISSIONS

MEDICAL & PHARMACY COMMUNICATION MANAGER

The medical pharmacy communication manager defines and implements a medical communication strategy to promote prescription and enhance the division commitments and medical authority.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop a multichannel medical communication strategy (online and offline)
  • Conduct scientific and competitive monitoring from key countries and process/analyze all information (panels, competitive analysis, etc.).
  • Create a storytelling approach and key messages tailored to healthcare professionals aligned with consumers storytelling.
  • Adapt content and communication tools to different target audiences and touchpoints.
  • Oversee the development/develop content, tools, and services (sales aids, physician and patient materials, medical training programs, websites content, emails, newsletters, videos, webinars, event communication materials for congresses, etc.).
  • Disseminate scientific and medical expertise to other functions/ departments.
  • Ensure alignment with regions for the proper execution of the medical communication strategy.


YOU HAVE
  • 4+ years of proven experience in communication and/or medical marketing, preferably within the dermo-cosmetics or OTC sector.
  • Degree in Pharmacy or Biology with a specialization in Marketing.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Substantial experience in project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
