The position

Job description

  • Well, first it depends on your appetence! You could work either on business-oriented project or on more technical subjects such as Infrastructure and have the possibility to work on significant worldwide transformation.
  • L’Oréal IT Europe cybersecurity team is committed to secure L’Oréal business across the Europe zone. About 30 people (internal + external) based in Paris and abroad (London, Düsseldorf, Madrid, Milano, Moscow, Tel Aviv) are providing cyber expertise every day to make sure IT projects are secured by design, tracking vulnerability in our IT system, then supporting the remediation action plans, raising awareness among all teams, complying with regulations (GDPR, PCI-DSS, …) and delivering cybersecurity projects to strengthen the company. Our challenges are diverse, they require passion and curiosity, and above all enthusiasm, inclusion, and collaboration to act as one team for the great of beauty tech.
  • here is a sample of what you can do as a PMO Cybersecurity:
  • You will interact with IT Europe cybersecurity team members and will mainly use our corporate tools (O365, ServiceNow, PowerBI, etc.) in your day-to-day. Your time will be split between run activities (continuous improvement of our toolkits, action plan follow-up, …) and one-time activities (preparation of cyber crisis test, analyze of our most frequently identified vulnerabilities, …

Preferred experience

  • Engineering or Business school (nice to have a Master or specialization in Project Management)
  • You know what agile methodology looks like
  • You are curious, collaborative, and eager to have an impact
  • Value innovation, autonomy, and team spirit
  • Have a good level of English
  • Know these tools: MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Impress us by knowing tools related to data visualization such as Power BI, Tableau; and tools related to project management such as JIRA, Klaxoon, Service Now etc. But if not, do not worry and come as you are! You’ll be able to learn.
