Kyriba is looking for a professional Senior UX/UI Designer who wants to join our

Team structure:
The development team is located in France and Poland. The project is stable, has
well-defined processes and challenging tasks. Continuous improvements and
Innovations are always welcome.The team consists of 200+ motivated, dynamic
and highly talented developers, testers and managers. The development
processes are Agile SCRUM/KANBAN based.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:Requirements gathering, building the information architecture, product concept visualization, creating rapid prototypes, and implementation team support. User-centered design processes and ability to balance client needs with business goals in developing solutions Deep understanding of ideation, prototyping, testing, design frameworks, and concept visualization in and across various digital channels. Applying UX methodologies, in particular – developing CJM, user flows, empathy maps, data analysis, user interviews, personas, high-fidelity prototypes Developing projects and design systems from scratch and/or improving current projects with the help of a design thinking approach and supporting tools (CJM, blueprints, personas, surveys, interviews, data analysis, etc.)
Qualifications:
●5+ years of UX/UI
●Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
●Ability to read/create user stories
●Ability to learn business logic
●Agile Scrum/Kanban Experience●Good presentation and communication skills
●You know how to distill simplicity from complex user requirements.
●You know how to use the tools of the trade like, Figma, Sketch, Invision,
Photoshop, Marvel, Overflow.
●You have experience with user research and translating insights from
research to your designs.
●You have great communication skills both when interfacing with customers
as well as when working with your team.
●You are flexible, decisive and you know how to put ego aside and focus on
the needs of the customer.
●You can lead large and complex projects.
●You know how to define and prioritize problems to be tackled
