Job description

The Field Marketing Director Southern Europe will build and execute on focused inbound and outbound marketing programs to grow market share, awareness and demand and lead generation for Kyriba products and services in Southern Europe.

This role will work closely with internal teams to assess each market / market opportunity and establish goals to deliver marketing generated pipeline to fuel our rapidly growing business. The candidate will support our sales force and work with target partners to build brand and revenue streams, through focused campaigns, programs and tools. Last, this candidate, working with corporate client marketing, will launch programs to build loyalty, community and advocacy amongst our Southern Europe client base.

This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess regional market opportunities and create an integrated marketing plan to generate awareness and demand and lead generation, leveraging the appropriate marketing mix
  • Conceptualize and own the execution of the Southern Europe field marketing plan, defining goals and performance metrics for all demand and lead generation programs by region, including: lead nurturing campaigns, online marketing, field events, partner marketing programs, webcasts and telemarketing
  • Leverage and manage to measure, track and analyze marketing programs, including dashboards, wins/losses, campaign performance
  • Plan, manage and measure Kyriba-hosted (e.g. regional tours, educational webcasts) as well as third- party (e.g., conferences and trade shows) events, coordinating the efforts of cross functional teams and multiple vendors
  • Develop new (and update existing) premium content (e.g., collateral, sales tools) and assist with the training of tele-prospecting and sales professionals to have the highest impact at different stages in the sales cycle
  • Working with client marketing, build Southern Europe client community, loyalty and advocacy programs to increase client portfolio value and assist with closing net new business
  • Working with global PR, assist in securing / overseeing media opportunities to build brand awareness for Kyriba in local markets
  • Oversee Southern EuRope online presence, working with the corporate web team
  • Communicate with marketing, senior leadership, and sales management on an ongoing basis regarding new and nurtured lead performance results, current initiatives, and course corrections being taken
  • Manage Southern Europe marketing team
  • Needed Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in demand and lead Generation for B2B software or technology company, with proven ability to deliver consistently strong measurable results
  • Deep experience with and marketing automation programs to generate, capture, nurture, track and report on leads, conversions, and ROI
  • Experience in marketing SaaS products to business leaders
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to analyze and make meaning out of data and translate that into actionable changes
  • Management and leadership experience / have motivated teams to reach great results
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Understanding of what it means to partner with a sales team to grow the business
