ABOUT THE JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to our country management, you will be in charge of looking after our network of publishers and selected advertisers, in Germany mainly. Your tasks will include:

  • Development of existing top publishers in Germany,

  • Recruitment of new publishers in Germany and German speaking markets,

  • Development and optimization of selected advertisers / campaigns,

  • Analysis & Reporting : keeping track of KPI’s and preparing reports to review and make recommendations to our publishers,

  • You will use all your expertise and knowledge in affiliate marketing to support and service our top tier partners,

  • Newsletter creation and scheduling to our network of partners,

  • You will attend to and host networking events: fairs, plenary meetings, breakfasts, etc. to strengthen relationships with our publishers as well as selected advertisers and to expand our network.


Preferred experience

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A SKILLED AND ATTENTIVE TALENT WITH…

  • You must be native or fluent in German and have a strong English;

  • Background in digital marketing, digital, business or a related field;

  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing and/or digital advertising techniques;

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in: Affiliate Marketing, Account Management, Partnerships Management, etc.

  • Good commercial sense and negotiation skills;

  • An ability to analyse and synthesize data;

  • Curious and proactive, you must be a problem solver;

  • A team spirit and willing to help colleagues.
