Kwanko is looking for its new Happiness Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day office management of our Portuguese branch, as well as the planning and organization of internal events. This means being active in various domains, such as:
Happiness Office Management: answer calls and employees requests, maintain facilities and order supplies, contact suppliers, insurances, technical solution, manage correspondence,…
HR: help in the organization of training, order meal vouchers, help to ensure that health and safety policies are up to date, assist in the onboarding process of new hires which includes set up laptop, welcome breakfast, book medical appointment, order meal card…
Marketing & Communication: help with event management, press relations and internal events planning, purchase and send goodies to clients and partners…
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A SKILLED AND ATTENTIVE TALENT WITH…
A background in administration, accountancy, HR or related field (at least a bachelor level)
Experience linked to administration, events planning
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
An ability to synthesize and to take initiatives
A team spirit and will to help colleagues
Resilience
A good knowledge of Excel
Spoken and written Portuguese, English.
