The position

Job description

As Business Developer, you will be responsible for generating new business and developing strong relationships with our existing clients/agencies for the Polish/CEE market. You will report to the Country Manager Poland.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage new business development with direct advertisers and agencies using the proper prospection strategy;

  • Evaluate your clients’ needs and create sales proposals with the goal of creating a long-term relationship;

  • Negotiate and manage the sales process;

  • Work closely with the Accounting and the Technical teams to offer the most relevant product to our clients;

  • Build loyalty with your portfolio;

  • Perform well against targets in relation to the recruitment of new advertisers;

  • Sell to clients by phone, email and face-to-face;

  • Work closely with the Marketing and Studio teams to create newsletters, sales presentations, etc.

  • Complete all general administrative and organizational tasks required in the role

  • Attend events: webinars, trade shows, workshops, breakfast…


Preferred experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in relevant field;

  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the field of digital marketing, digital partnerships or performance marketing industry, whether advertiser, publisher or network side;

  • Knowledge of the online advertising community in Poland would be a plus;

  • Experience with pitching to external stakeholders and a track record of success, taking a consultative approach to understand their goals and how they align with ours;

  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in Polish and English. Any other additional language would be an asset;

  • Excellent commercial sense and negotiation skills;

  • Self-taught, fast learner, curious, challenger;

  • Team spirit!
