The position

Job description

1. Sales and Business Development

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential leads using various tools and techniques

  • Outreach: Engage with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media to generate interest in our products/services.

  • Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our solutions.

  • Meetings management: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM system

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share feedback on lead quality.

  • Reporting: Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation and conversion rates.

  • Events: Participate in planning and executing commercial events to promote the company’s products.

2. Projects Execution

  • Kumulus has already secured its first major contracts in the Kingdom. You will be responsible for managing the execution of the project on the ground: client coordination, planning and follow-up of deployments, Interface with internal teams (tech, ops, logistics)

  • Coordinate with government institutions and regulatory bodies to:

  • Finalize technical tests and machine certifications

  • Support compliance with local standards and requirements

  • Follow up on administrative processes related to:

  • Company setup and registrations

  • Permits, approvals, and institutional documentation

  • Act as a bridge between Kumulus HQ, local partners, and public stakeholders.


Preferred experience

  • Self-driven and autonomous: you take ownership, move fast, and don’t wait to be told what to do.

  • Challenger mindset: you question assumptions, challenge the status quo, and push for better ways of doing things.

  • Highly rigorous in reporting: pipelines, follow-ups, KPIs, and forecasts are tracked precisely and updated consistently.

  • Strongly numbers-driven: “gut feeling” is good but decisions are backed by data (e.g. “this will work because I called XX clients and X% are willing to engage”).

  • Comfortable with high outbound intensity: you understand that volume, consistency, and structure drive results.

  • Clear and structured communicator, both internally and with clients.

  • Fluent in English is a plus
