The position

Job description

In order to develop its brand image and share its values, Kipli is looking to recruit a student intern for the Italian Customer Service to support the 5 people in the Operations and Customer Service department.

Job Position: Internship in Italian Customer Service
Period: 6 months - 12 months (ASAP)
Smartworking: smartworking 2-3 days a week

Italian Customer Service:

  • Everyday Customer Service: answer emails, chats, calls, Social network messages by interacting with possible new clients and prospects

  • Optimization and Improvement of Customer Service: build answer templates (for emails, chats, Social netwrok messages) in order to improve and speed up Italian Customer Service. Check for new solutions, give suggestions in order to improve Customer experience.

  • Being the voice of the customer: reporting customer needs, transmitting the customer culture and vision to the team, participating in the optimisation of the site and in the development of new products.

In addition to these missions, you will be responsible for helping the team, depending on your profile and motivation with other customer issues and some operations tasks (management of delivery problems, relations with our partners and suppliers, etc.).

You will be part of a close-knit and experienced team that will take the time to help you develop your skills on various subjects.

You are able to quickly identify the source of a problem. You have a good sense of logic and are comfortable with computer and web tools. You are empathetic, able to explain concepts and persuasive.
