    Job description

    We are looking for our DACH region Country Manager and future International Director
    As an International Director at Kipli you will be in charge at the beginning of the development of the German Market. The expected evolution for this job is to lead Kipli’s international expansion, taking full responsability for Kipli’s expansion and P&L.

    DACH region

    The main objective will be:

    • Increase the notoriety of Kipli in the DACH region (mainly trough influencer marketing)
    • Increase the turnover of Kipli’s markets focusing on:

      • Optimization of CVR
      • Increase the traffic with a balanced objective of ROI

    The missions

    • Adapting our marketing campaigns and tone of voice to the German market. Being creative and challenging the actual strategy.
    • Manage and challenge our PR agency
    • Create and establish long term partnerships with influencers
    • Manage and challenge the SEO strategy
    • Fully understand customers and logistic processes and will to spend time on Customer Support and Logistics in order to be able to manage the customer support manager
    • Work hand in hand with other teams to raise and resolve potential blocking points in order to reach your objectives
    • Choose the right local key partners
    • Find the right path to develop growth, adapting the model to local behaviours
    • Manage your own budget rigorously and independently
    • Take part in Public and Press Relationship Events
