As our first AE hire, you’ll be the cornerstone of Prolong’s go-to-market team.
You’ll work hand in hand with Tanguy, our Co-Founder & CEO, to engage qualified prospects, guide them through the buying journey, and shape our commercial playbook.
Your role will blend execution and ownership:
🎯 80%: Drive qualified opportunities to close — discovery, demo, negotiation, and contract.
⚙️ 20%: Fuel your own pipeline — through proactive outreach and close collaboration with our business development team.
You’ll be at the heart of a fast-moving, purpose-driven SaaS startup — where every deal helps redefine how the world approaches product longevity.
Manage the full sales cycle from first call to signature, with a consultative and value-based approach.
Deeply understand brand and retailer challenges to tailor the right solution narrative.
Partner with the CEO to refine Prolong’s sales story, pitch, and closing strategy.
Collaborate with the Pre-Sales team to scope projects, size opportunities, and manage technical or process gap analyses.
Collaborate with the BizDev, Marketing, and Product teams to align on ICPs, messaging, and feedback loops.
Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth handovers, long-term satisfaction, and revenue expansion.
Build trusted relationships with C-levels and innovation leaders across global brands.
Represent Prolong at client meetings and industry events (occasional travel).
Experienced: 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with complex, consultative sales.
Consultative: You excel at understanding client pain points and crafting value-driven solutions.
Startup-minded: Agile, resourceful, and motivated by growth and impact.
Empathetic & emotionally intelligent: You listen deeply, understand business pains, and build trust.
Autonomous: You’re proactive and comfortable owning results.
A great communicator: Confident storyteller, strong written and verbal skills in English.
Curious: Excited to learn new industries, from fashion to tech, and adapt your approach.
