As we scale, we’re looking for an Account Executive to join us.
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to get their hands dirty: calling hospitals, booking meetings, improving assets, and closing deals.
You’ll join a small sales team and work directly with the CEO and the founding team to bring our AI product into hospitals and health systems. It’s a rare opportunity to join early, shape the go-to-market from day one, and sell something that makes a real impact.
We’re on a mission to reduce hospital burnout and unlock revenue through applied AI and you’ll help us get it into the hands of the people who need it most.
Mission
As an Account Executive, you will:
Build and execute our sales strategy (outbound & inbound)
Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, pilots, closing, and handoff to customer success
Work closely with hospital stakeholders (DIM, DSI, DAF) to understand their needs and tailor solutions
Collaborate tightly with product and tech teams to bring field insights into our roadmap
Help define pricing, packaging, and positioning
Be a trusted partner for our customers
We’re looking for someone action-oriented, autonomous, and mission-driven. You are the ideal candidate if you have:
You have 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in healthcare or AI
You’re comfortable selling to complex organisations with multiple stakeholders
You have strong writing, storytelling, and demo skills - and can translate tech into value
You’re ready to lock yourself in a room to cold call hospitals, then jump on a train the next day to close a deal in person
You care deeply about your customers and want to work on something that truly matters
(Bonus) You’ve sold to healthcare sector clients (Hospitals, ESPICs, Clinics, CHUs…)
