We are looking for a S2P Global Process Owner M/F on a permanent contract at Templemars (59) or Longpont sur Orge (91).
What’s the job?

Role Purpose: As the S2P Global Process Owner, you lead the definition and the optimization of our end-to-end, Source-to-Pay procurement processes, across all regions and banners. You work closely with senior leadership, procurement teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistency, efficiency and alignment with overall business objectives & internal policies and/or regulations.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

  • Global S2P Process Leadership: Own and lead global procurement processes, ensuring a) alignment with strategic objectives & internal policies/regulations and b) consistent execution across all regions and banners.
  • S2P Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency gains, implementing changes to enhance procurement performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance: Work closely with key stakeholders, including finance, legal, and IT, to ensure procurement processes are aligned with organizational needs and objectives.
  • Change Management: Lead the change management process for any new or revised global procurement processes, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption by all stakeholders.
  • Monitoring: Leverage Productivity & Performance capabilities in order to track process performance, identify trends, and provide insights to senior leadership for decision-making.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: contribute to define, optimize and manage our Supplier Relationship Management Program in close alignment with SRM Champions
  • Risk Approach: lead our global Risk Approach initiative to streamline our S2P process across Compliance, Legal, Finance & Procurement requirements


What you’ll bring
  • Proven experience in a global Procurement organization
  • In-depth understanding of full Procurement processes (S2C and P2P)
  • Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and driving process optimization across multiple regions or countries.
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate complex, global environments.
