    Job description

    Full time - Singapore only

    As a Sales Development Representative, you will be part of our global Sales organization and one of the founding member of the Kiln APAC team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Drive lead generation efforts through proactive outbound activities, targeting potential clients and initiating contact

      • Conduct research to identify and define ideal customer profiles (personas) for effective prospecting

      • Optimize time and effort and focus on high-potential leads

      • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives

    • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, representing Kiln in an engaging manner

      • Ensure prompt follow-up with prospects, providing necessary supporting materials to facilitate their decision-making process

    • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Kiln's products, their features, and their benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers

    • Continuous improvement

      • Continuously refine outbound messaging and processes

      • Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of the CRM system

    • Report with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

    • Actively contribute to adapting sales materials to regional specificities

    Requirements:

    • 1+ year of Sales experience in a BtoB SaaS/PaaS/IaaS company

    • Professional experience or strong interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency

    • Native speaker in Mandarin and bilingual in English.

    Nice-to-haves:

    • Experience in a fast-growing, early-stage startup.

    • Additional language skill in Malay, Korean or Japanese.

    • Understanding of software integration process and APIs

    Soft skills:

    • Strong organization skills and process-driven

    • Strong communication skills (both oral & written)

    • Comfortable with analytics and problem solving mindset
