Job description
Full time - Singapore only
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be part of our global Sales organization and one of the founding member of the Kiln APAC team.
Responsibilities:
Drive lead generation efforts through proactive outbound activities, targeting potential clients and initiating contact
Conduct research to identify and define ideal customer profiles (personas) for effective prospecting
Optimize time and effort and focus on high-potential leads
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, representing Kiln in an engaging manner
Ensure prompt follow-up with prospects, providing necessary supporting materials to facilitate their decision-making process
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Kiln's products, their features, and their benefits to effectively communicate with potential customers
Continuous improvement
Continuously refine outbound messaging and processes
Maintain the cleanliness and accuracy of the CRM system
Report with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Actively contribute to adapting sales materials to regional specificities
Requirements:
1+ year of Sales experience in a BtoB SaaS/PaaS/IaaS company
Professional experience or strong interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency
Native speaker in Mandarin and bilingual in English.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in a fast-growing, early-stage startup.
Additional language skill in Malay, Korean or Japanese.
Understanding of software integration process and APIs
Soft skills:
Strong organization skills and process-driven
Strong communication skills (both oral & written)
Comfortable with analytics and problem solving mindset
