We are looking for a Senior Demand Gen Manager to join our fast-growing and dynamic team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a rockstar Senior B2B Demand Generation Manager to fuel Kili’s international hyper growth. Your objective will be to generate opportunities by driving qualified opportunities through all digital outbound channels (SEA, paid social media, email campaigns, content syndication, software platforms comparison). You will also be in charge of optimizing the Marketing Operations processes to track, qualify and route the leads you generate.

Your scope will cover US/Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the digital campaigns to reach Kili’s DemandGen objectives on the following channels: SEA, paid social media (mostly LinkedIn), email campaigns, content syndication, software platforms comparison
  • Define the Marketing Operations strategy and coordinate the implementation of the associated initiatives to track, qualify and route the leads generated
  • Analyze the performance of campaigns and identify actionable insights to optimize their ROI
  • Manage your budget and external agencies
  • Work with Sales teams to align them with marketing efforts
  •  To achieve your goals you will directly manage a Market Ops agency, a Paid Media agency and a Marketing Coordinator.

    The scope of your actions will cover Western Europe and North America.


    ABOUT YOU

    You have/you are : 

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in Marketing
  • 5 years of Demand Generation experience in B2B Tech (ideally SaaS), with a scale-up or agency
  • Experience in high-growth environments, you know how to build structure and prioritize
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, you are not afraid to conquer the world starting from scratch
  • Impact-driven, you find solutions to your problem
  • Data-driven and analytical
  • Team player with leadership
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
  •
