Who are we looking for ?

We are seeking an outstanding Sales Operations & Strategy Intern who combines superb communication and analytical capabilities skills with a demonstrated ability to get the right things done quickly and effectively.

Working closely with our SalesOps Manager & Head of Sales, you will be involved in all strategic projects and join forces with our Sales and Marketing teams. You will support our growth efforts by identifying and prospecting new accounts, qualifying incoming lead, defining and delivering the best approach to ensure deal closings and align with our strategic objectives.

This position is data, tools and communication intensive. It requires critical thinking, agility, analytical, problem-solving, organization & interpersonal skills.

In a nutshell: learn and be challenged in startup environment where your idea will be heard and your work impactful.

Key responsibilities:

  • Participating in designing and running growth initiatives (prospection campaigns, stack optimization, etc.)

  • Getting new accounts on board by managing the complete sales cycle from qualification, to business case building, to assessment, up to closing.

  • Work with executive and management teams to help identify and specify significant process and system automation & optimization.

  • Ensure smooth collaboration, tight cross functional alignment and consistency of operations with all Kili Business teams

  • Track and Monitor key metrics and results to evaluate and optimize Kili’s business initiatives, while developing and sharing learnings.

  • Autonomously drive forward at a fast pace while demonstrating diplomacy, and cross-functional collaborative skills


Preferred experience

Preferred experience:

  • Comfortable autonomously managing a large body of work with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English and in French
  • Experience in copywriting and/or storytelling
  • Higher education degree, from a top-tier business or engineering school
  • Multi-task entrepreneurial and customer-centric mindset
  • Experience in a client-facing role (Consulting, Investment Banking, etc.) is a plus
