We are looking for our first Global Sales Enablement to join our fast-growing and dynamic team in Paris or in the US.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Global Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects related to onboarding, learning, development, coaching for the Sales Teams, based in New York City and Paris. On top of that, as our first full-time Global Sales Enablement Manager, you will fully own this responsibility.
Your scope will cover the US/Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and lead training for our sales teams
Partner with leadership to identify, and prioritize Sales focused enablement needs like Onboarding, Customer Centric Sales Process Workshop, Assessment, Kick-offs and Continuing EnablementCreate, organize and lead onboarding sessions for newcomers in our sales teamsBuild content, and lead regular training sessions on processes and changes in operating modelsCoach our Sales during 1o1 sessions (shadowing calls/meetings, practicing pitching, role plays, review messaging)Build a culture of Feedback and drive desire for SuccessBe responsible for the knowledge management
Partner with our Sales Leaders to build a library of excellence (discovery calls, outreach sequences, snippets, videos) to enable the mastering of sales methodology and the development of relevant soft skillsUse data, KPI’s and the sales leadership feedbacks to identify needs and opportunities in our sales enablement programsEvaluate sales enablement program’s successes. Propose improvements and corrective measures when necessary
ABOUT YOU
You have/you are :
At least 3 years of experience in Saas/BtoB Sales with strong appetite for training development & coaching or 3 years of experience as Sales Enablement in Saas or BtoB.A self-starter. You like to understand the expected outcome, get the context, and then work entrepreneurially to get it done.Highly organized individual with a personal method to manage multiple competing priorities without falling behindDetail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly ramp up on new business customers, their business needs, and technologies.A creative problem solver. Seek to optimize the delivery of quality solutions across parallel business initiatives.A compassionate communicator. Strive to uplift your team through positive and encouraging feedback.A lifelong learner. Choose growth over comfort, and you are committed to your development.Familiar with CCS method is a plus.
