The Chief Product Officer role is a great way for overachievers, very ambitious, tenacious and resourceful people to join the leadership team. You will be reporting directly to François-Xavier Leduc, CoFounder and CEO, and working closely with the rest of the executive team, including Edouard d’Archimbaud, CoFounder and Chief Technology Officer.

    You are in charge of initiatives across the entire product lifecycle — from customer discovery and user research to development and delivery.

    Who are we looking for ?

    We’re looking for our first Chief Product Officer to join our executive team. A strategic, data-driven, and ambitious leader who will own Kili-Technology’s strategic vision, and deliver a product roadmap to achieve that vision, including detailed near-term & long-term priorities. All with the aim of ensuring Kili-Technology has a compelling and differentiated product in the market.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Deeply understand our space, players (competitors & ecosystem) positioning, new entrants, the machine learning value chain, and constantly enrich this ever moving picture
    • Understand, challenge, enrich, and own the Product Vision and the Product Strategy
    • Build and prioritise on a clear roadmap based on the company’s strategic positioning and OKRs
    • Is the custodian of our 1st value “Customer driven and backward”, making sure the company has one unique objective: delivering significant value for its customers and users
    • Ensure a data-driven approach to understand usage, value, and actually measure the impact of our progress
    • Lead and scale the Product Team
    • Implement state of the art product management processes across the product team and within the company
    • Get alignment across the entire organisation (between engineers, designers, marketers, customer-facing teams) on product decisions and roadmaps to support the strategy and is accountable for its execution and delivery
    • Liaise with the CTO and engineering organisation to understand technological challenges and ensure realistic product roadmaps and on-time product releases
    • Serve as a vocal member of the senior leadership team, together with CEO/CTO/CSO/CMO
    • Serve as a corporate spokesperson for product, seizes speaking opportunities
    • Contributes culturally to make Kili-Technology a great place to work for

    Preferred experience

    Preferred experience:

    • 8+ years of B2B software / product experience in fast-paced technology companies
    • 4+ years of proven and accomplished product leadership in developing world-class tech products
    • Great product intuition, curious mind with genuine interest in highly technical products, follows latest trends, pays great attention to details as much as looking at the bigger picture
    • Possess a strategic and business driven mindset and skilled at working very closely with an engineering, sales, marketing organisation throughout the lifecycle of the product
    • Experience of having collaborated closely with users, as well as research, data engineering, and customer support teams to understand user needs and identify high-impact opportunities in a data driven approach
    • Experience leading, mentoring, and scaling product teams, including Design, and will be able to continue hiring strong individuals in the future;
    • Ability to establish meaningful relationships with members of the senior leadership team, and quickly build credibility within the broader product and engineering functions
    • Communication skills: articulate and capable of building strong relationships with key external stakeholders
    • Results-focused, disciplined, and comfortable in an organization experiencing hyper-growth
    • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
    • Fluency in English or native speaker
