Associate manager HR - EUROPE

The Associate HR manager role is responsible for operations, supporting Kendo’s diverse European workforce across our regional headquarters. As a part of People + Culture at Kendo you will have a chance to participate in various projects and activities across all HR functions. Payroll

  • Collect, analyze, and transmit to the outsourced payroll provider all information necessary to produce employee pay slips (working time, paid leave, RTT, overtime, bonuses, taxes, contributions, sick pay, advance payments, etc.).

  • Meal vouchers management.

  • Control and validate data entry related to the preparation of pay slips.

  • Communicate and answer employee questions regarding payroll (explanation of pay slip elements, leave, social security contributions, etc.).

Personnel administration

  • Manage hiring formalities (DPAE, health insurance affiliation, etc.) and employee departure formalities (termination, compensation calculation).

  • Prepare all regulatory documents related to personnel management: draft employment contracts, amendments, final settlements, and ensure affiliation with various health insurance funds.

  • Participate in other tasks related to personnel administration (monitoring absences and leave, etc).

  • Develop summary documents: dashboards, payroll, entries and/or exits, single personnel register.

  • Prepare routine certificates.

  • Manage employee labor medical examinations and various administrative tasks.

Reporting

  • Develop all social dashboards to monitor staff activity: absenteeism, payroll, leave, workplace accidents, etc.

  • Prepare monthly and annual Group reports.

  • Prepare the social balance sheet or similar.

  • Prepare EMEAL HC report.

  • Manage reporting for Learning and social actions and other reporting.

General HR

  • Manage all inbound physical mail for the HR team; delegate and distribute as needed.

  • Provides support and participates in other HR related projects, duties, events, and tasks as requested.

Program Support & Coordination

  • Participate in implementation of different global initiatives from LVMH and HQ.

  • Manage the onboarding process for Interns.

Data Management

  • Data entry and maintenance, HR technologies, including, but not limited to HRIS and LMS systems.

  • Create, maintain, and update electronic HR files for all active employees.

  • Liaise with Executive Assistants to ensure company Org Charts are accurate and formatted consistently.

  • HR budgets follow up on monthly base.

  • Source, organize and deliver ad hoc reporting on request.


Preferred experience

  • 2+ years of experience in HR coordinator/ associate manager role required.

  • Strong general knowledge of Labor law and payroll management.

  • Sound judgement and discretion; able to maintain strict confidentiality with highly sensitive data.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver with strong sense of follow-through and humor (!).

  • Excellent communication skills including oral, written, and interpersonal.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Prior experience with HRIS is a plus.

  • Fluent in English and French.
