What will I be doing? 👀

As a Senior IT Project Manager, your main objective is Client Satisfaction 🌟

You will closely collaborate with project stakeholders to better understand client needs and implement appropriate solutions, while respecting costs, deadlines and quality standards.

You are responsible for coordinating cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle, from the discovery and scoping phase to the launch and support of the solution.

As a project manager, you will be in charge of :

• Understanding client requirements and supporting delivery teams to build the best solution for each client
• Managing and coordinating project teams to ensure that solutions are delivered on time and on budget
• Ensuring good communication and knowledge sharing between delivery teams
• Ensuring communication and coordination between the client and project teams (monitoring, reporting, rituals, etc.)
• Monitoring and managing KPIs and project risks
• Leading and monitoring the project's continuous improvement backlog
• Using your experience and expertise in operational excellence to optimize the value creation flow for our clients

What do I need from you? 😎

• 🎓 Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, Business School or any relevant field
• 💼 4+ years of experience in IT project management or any relevant position
• 🤝 You are a team player not afraid to interact with clients, developers, solution architects, marketing, sales, finance, etc.
• 📚 You are eager to dive into new topics and continuously grow with the organization
• 💬 You have good communication skills in both French and English
• 🧠 You have a significant experience in agile managed projects
